Zooming way in on the Smithsonian clock from this side is very grainy on the CNN pic. The clock face is blurry but if it says anything it looks like about 5 after 12 to me. About the same time as the personal watches on the people IN THE PICTURE AT THE TIME.

The pic used to discredit the crowd size taken an hour later but falsely attributed to the time Trump was speaking by the original photographer.
You can zoom in close enough to see the time on people’s wrist watches. Looks like 12:10
There is what looks a “two-faced” man in the CNN gigapixel photo. He has three eyes, two noses, and two chins. An artifact of how they created the photo, no doubt.
Locate Dan Quayle in the photo (he’s wearing red cap and is featured in one of the thumbnails), then go about three or four rows directly above him in the photo and slightly over to the right to find the guy with the split face.
