A third choice would be: Become naturalized AND pay back taxes for all the years you were here and working/return all the $$$ you got in gov’t assistance. :)
That is why they will never become legal citizens. Mark my words: if Democrats were in charge there would be NO PENALTY for breaking the law!
Most worked under the table so would lie about how much they earned.
I doubt someone who broke our laws to get here would all of a sudden become honest. We don’t need these types of citizens. There are millions around the world waiting to get in, that have filed the paperwork, paid fees, been honest…
NO!!! Any solution that lets them stay is AMNESTY. They must leave. Period. Let them apply to immigrate to the US just like everyone else. And start at the back of the line.
If we are forced to arrest and deport them, instead of leaving voluntarily, then no option to immigrate in the future. Get them to leave voluntarily.
Include the EIC credit & the Child Care credits.
