Roseanne Barr redeemed herself during the election somewhat, as far as I’m concerned because she was unabashedly anti-Hillary. She can’t stand the Clintons and has Tweeted a lot about Pizzagate, Vince Foster and quite a few other scandals/crimes. Barr had good things to say about Trump, the last I knew. She’s still foul-mouthed, granted, but at least she’s finally flinging her poo in the other direction...and like Trump, she tells it like it is!

My children were impatient with me because I watched Fox, CNN, and MSNBC right before and for days after the election; they were unaccustomed to having so much politics on TV because I NEVER watch them outside of elections (and that is limited to shortly before and shortly after).
Whatever Trump does or fails to do, he has already SIGNIFICANTLY damaged the “mainstream media” - now they are preaching to the choir, and greeted with cynicism by most (including many leftists - witness how two leftist third parties helped torpedo Hillary). Obama’s tenure showed just how partisan the media is, and many Americans got sick of watching the news tell them everything was rosy as they lost their jobs and homes. The 2012 election, in which the media was able to drag Obama across the finish line after 4 years of failure, was a terrifying display of their power. The 2016 election showed their impotence in an age where people have so many alternatives with which to get “news”. The current media assaults on Trump serve two purposes: They are kicking off the 2018 mid-term campaigns to corral those women, blacks, and Hispanics back onto the plantation (since they had the numbers, but not the desire, to elect Hillary in 2016), and they are trying to save Obama’s legacy because 100 years from now, they need to explain how the Greatest President Ever was followed by the Worst Monster Ever - beating the Smartest Woman Ever to get to the White House.
