I want abortion criminalized with FEDERAL penitentiary time, and I want every Planned Parenthood abortionary burned down to the ground, and every one turned into a shrine to those who were murdered, each one like the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, except the only war was Progressives versus the unborn. And on top of that, a Constitutional amendment recognizing personhood of the unborn.

DNA? You should know that men are held responsible everyday for kids where it is proven through DNA that the kid isn’t theirs.
Also as far as taking two, of course it does. But only women get a choice.
If a man says he doesn’t want ANY risk of being a parent, he is told “keep your pants zipped”.
If a woman says she doesn’t want ANY risk of being a parent, she is told she may abort. Completely up to her.
Bottom line, a woman is assumed to have a right to a sex life and still avoid the financial risk of parenthood. A man is told to be celibate or accept the consequences.
I see nothing wrong with women having to live with the same legal status men do.

IMHO, the best approach overall is to change hearts and educate minds.
As I stated on another thread, one reason abortion continues to be legal in this country is because the word itself is a safe, non-descriptive euphemism masking the reality of a horrendous and barbaric act.
If a pro-life group could regularly broadcast - without restriction - a primetime program showing exactly what happens during an abortion, we might sicken enough people, and change enough minds to stop this carnage in less than a generation.
I’m not sure what prevents the airing of such a program. Perhaps Trump with his new FCC head would remove any restrictions.

you are exactly right and that is why he should be involved in any decision to abort HIS child. He has to prove his parental rights and DNA might be the only way. Once proven he can stop the abortion or approve it.
If he stops it -then he becomes the father. If he approves of an abortion, he is as evil as the woman.

I agree. Men are half of the equation. Making women the only person accountable is stupid, and wrong. Women are not receptacles for seminal fluids and a good time.
How about a moral decision in the beginning, if you think it is wrong, then why are you conducting yourself in such a fashion. I do not accept “boys will be boys” as an excuse. Men should be men, and responsible!

Not just women! This lawmaker is silly. It is the pimp boyfriends who do not want to be paying pregnancy support and thus push women to abortion who should be pursued first along with the nasty doctors getting their hands on her. Prosecution of woman should come very last.
