Well I’m a thinking Christian who has no issue whatsoever with what concerns you. Every Christian is the Lord’s agent, and every Christian has a duty to implement His teachings. So I certainly hope he realizes this and acts accordingly.

I’m a Christian. I feel he has this position as an answer to Christians’ prayers for a Trump win in order to heal our land. If so, then he actually IS the Lord’s agent (as all Christians are, or should be). Everything we do should be in the name of Jesus. He doesn’t need to make statements to that effect. We can’t pray for something and then put the kibosh to actions that would serve to answer our prayers.
So would most atheists and all Muslims.
