The illigal vote thing was not good. The sharks nicked him and were circling at the smell of blood. He needed the hook.
Yes, I think he could have handled that a little better. During the campaign, Trump would make statements that I would think "oh, no, why did he say that?" only to be vindicated a couple of days later by Trump proving his statements to be correct. I hope this is the case again, but even then, I'm not sure why they are re-hashing the election when Trump has so many positive things to talk about in just his first 2 days.
