Are you sure that church wasn’t in Cleveland? In this picture are the Drs/Revs Belinda and Darryl Scott who are pastors of a church in Cleveland. I have been to their worship services. Now the Scotts may have gone to Detroilt but i am pretty sure this particular service was a leadership conference for worship. Thinking before the convention. Scott has gone to Trumo Tower after the election and was involved with the Inauguration and part of transition team. He looks a LOT like Sammy Davis Jr.
