The ENTIRE sequence was much longer. Ivanka was holding Theo. He was getting squirmy. She passed off to Jared, who held him for a minute. Maybe even 62 seconds and passed him back. Theo was still not happy. That’s when Barron went into action. First he tapped him on opposite shoulder. Eventually the peek- then peekaboo then teaching him to high five Shortly after he ducks behind Lara and we see Don Jr stand up. The little boys had gathered behind the adults and Barron takes over Don’s boys

I think this is why Ivanka called him the “Baby Whisperer” in her tweet. Not just Theo whisperer. He seems to have a way with ALL the little guys.
