I remember hearing Melania talking about her dad having a shop/store when she was younger and the country was Communist controlled and the difference after it no longer was. I’ve thought about her parents during the events and how in awe they must have been both with their SIL becoming POTUS and Melania FLOTUS as well as the crowds at and pageantry and patriotism of the inauguration activities. They were probably bursting with pride (rightly so) as well as being perhaps a bit overwhelmed by the magnitude.
I think that Barron missed some of the activities to act as host and translator to his grandparents. He sat next to them at the congressional luncheon. At another event I thought I saw him sitting with them “in the guest” section. He has spoken their native language since he could talk.
They stay with him when mom has joined dad on the campaign trail.
Expect them to become citizens while DJT is in office. Am thinking he could administer the oath of citizenship.
