White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer held an emergency press briefing on Saturday where he lit into the media for their egregious and deliberately false reporting of Fridays inauguration of President Donald Trump and his first day in office.
Some members of the media were engaged in deliberately false reporting, Spicer said. He explained that one reporter falsely tweeted out that the bust of Martin Luther King, Jr. had been removed form the Oval Office This was just plain wrong.
The false report, which Spicer described as irresponsible and reckless, came from TIME magazine pool reporter Zeke Miller:
Spicer further noted that the media had attempted to paint Trumps inauguration as appearing much smaller than President Barack Obamas.
Photographs of the Inauguration proceeding were intentionally framed in a way to minimize the enormous support it had gathered on the National Mall, Spicer said. He added, it was the first time in the nations history that white floor coverings had been used to protect the grass and that they amplified empty spaces, whereas the grass had minimized the appearance of spaces in the past.
Inaccurate numbers regarding crowd size were also tweeted, Spicer said. No one had numbers, because the National Park Service, which controls the National Mall does not put any out. He said this also applies to any attempts to count the numbers of protesters during the Womens March on Saturday.

An angry email sent to Meet the Press host Chuck Todd by Mrs. Wasserman Schultz demanded negative coverage by MSNBCs Mika Brzezinski must stop.
Here is a link to a gigapixel image taken during the speech. You can pan and pinch and zoom. The resolution is amazing. The proof is there that the white space seen in the contested photo is occupied by bodies. Lots of them. All the way back to where the fake news photo shows emptiness.
The press is intentionally driving a false impression. More fake news.

FOX is getting more disappointing with each day. They have become part of the MSM. Their coverage of the inauguration was superb, though.
Since we all know that the MSM is just another word for Democrat, I hope they keep up the nonsense. I thought Shaun let them know what would happen every time the press didn’t report accurately. I was cheering Shaun!
Good. He didn’t take questions, which got them mad. To hell with them.
After that it's down hill
Yeah but we know Chuck Todd is the Bart Simpson of news media.
The perfect compliment to his boss ;-)
