I actually prefer full copper rounds when I am hunting. Study the impact of Lead bs full copper to see why. No, I don’t like the last day nature of this rule and it should be immediately rescinded on principal.

I prefer copper-plated shot for bird hunting also. In a correct size (7 1/2 for quail or dove, 5 for pheasant) it penetrates all the way thru more consistently, reducing the amount of lead shot to deal with when cleaning and cooking.
Anything done by whatsisname (I forget... gee, I might not ever speak that name again) is nothing but a middle finger to someone in middle America.
