Will Obama leave Hillary to ultimately face accountability for her criminal acts without a pardon?
Or will he grant a pre-emptive pardon, marking her forever as one guilty of criminal acts and needing a presidential pardon to protect her from prosecution?
Those criminals will be killed within months. It is their nature to do stupid things to make it happen.
The clear issue is that many of these prisoners pleaded to much lesser charges in their trials that resulted in their long sentences. You don’t get life for a baggie of pot.
I’m concerned that these cases are being reviewed in such a shallow fashion (like most things 0bama has done) based upon the typical ideological symbolism that some intensely bad dudes are being let out.
So in typical 0bama fashion, we get to pay for the law enforcement that captured these guys, the trial, the court-appointed lawyer, the imprisonment, pensions for everyone involved, and now we can repeat the whole thing as very non-trivial numbers of them re-offend. 1271 pardons granted, I think it’s safe to say 50 murders will be committed in 3 years.
Our son was a victim of a very violent assault... pretty much attempted murder. The perp got 10 years and will probably be getting out soon. The Assistant DA said that as much as she could get on a plea bargain. I was okay with it. So sale of marijuana over ten years.... let him go. I also have a Facebook friend who got caught up in addiction and got slammed with the three strike thing in CA. He’s out now. I hope he’s clean and sober. So I don’t know these case by case. I’m sure that the guy in the article is most sympathetic. But if they were non-violent drug dealers and behaved in prison then ten years is enough IMHO.

COMPLETELY ignoring that you don’t get a life sentence for being a drug dealer. You get it for being involved with violent gangs, violating laws several times, assaults, and untold death and carnage from dealing.
Last year there was a new report that said “Man killed by police for broken headlight.” UH NO! He got pulled over for a broken headlight but decided to attack the cops and grab the cop’s gun.
What is truly amazing is obama reviewed 1,715 files and without any doubt determined there was systemic injustice in everyone of those cases???
It took a jury and weeks, possibly months, to go through the trial process.
Some of them must have been denied parole several times?
But obama was able to see through all that, and without a shadow of doubt, know they were not given fair trails and or sentences?

How are the MSM (Obama Cheerleaders) rationalizing this? If it were Trump doing this their heads would be exploding. Remember his “last” press conference? No not this last “last” one, the one or two before that, when the Obama was congratulating them by telling them they kept him honest by holding his feet to the fire.
