He had a Class G Florida firearms license, and it was completely lawful for him to buy ammunition. She could have said ‘yes, I saw him buying ammunition’ and it would have no consequence.

I think it has more to do with the fact that she lied about it, and other things when they interviewed her.

In addition, he was a security guard and a frequent range visitor.

That leads me to believe they have much more on her than her going to Wally World with her husband, who bought ammo then.
