Any alert tourist knows to bypass ANYTHING in cities with the name MLK attached to it.....

Or at least have your weapon ready....and if need be there leave enough room between the car in front of you so you can maneuver if needed.... GOOD ADVICE in any city or ‘strange place’ but exceptionally good in MLK territory...
