The attorney should be sanctioned for being so stupid as to bring such arguments before the court. Truly incredible. Now, that being said, there are infinitely stupid rats who do believe this. I know. I’ve seen ‘em!
But the attorney trying to claim that there is no constitution provision that “Thou shalt not bear false witness ...”
Somehow to this lawyer ... Oh wait. It depends on what the meaning of “is” is, right?
This instance, of insane arguments by attorneys is not something new.
