The Obama Administration has set records for new pages of federal regulations, issuing more midnight regulations during the Presidents last days in office the lame-duck period after Novembers election than any other. The conservative American Action Forum describes 31 new regulations as economically significant, costing at least $100 million annually.
The burden falls heaviest on small businesses, costing each an estimated $30,000 per employee, and the economy as a whole $2 trillion every year. As a result of regulations such as Obamacare, small businesses are disappearing and jobs along with them. The labor force participation rate is at a generational low, and the real unemployment rate may be as high as 10 percent, taking into account Americans who have given up looking for work or stuck in part-time jobs.

The head of the EPA dared Trump to make changes. I suspect Trump will change him out at 12:01PM Friday.
Unleash freedom on the people, and watch everything else fall into place.
I think Carl Icahn is heading up some advisory position on regulations. Good.
Hopefully the message will not be lost on the individual states.
If Trump goes full speed signing revocation orders and tweeting the reasons why, the left will soon have to focus on things other than Russia.
I think THAT is what they are worried about!
FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponents Argument
I respectfully disagree with Rep. Scott DesJarlais critique of Obama Administration.
Patriots are reminded that the corrupt Obama Administration is not the legislative branch.
In fact, not only did the corrupt, RINO-controlled Congress let last-term, lawless Obama get away with stealing legislative powers to oppress the states and their citizens, but most of those legislative powers were stolen state powers imo. (Patriots need to reconsider the 22nd Amendment. Corrupt Congress exploits the 22nd Amendment by letting misguided, last-term presidents like Obama get away with doing anything that they want to do.)
Drain the swamp! Drain the swamp!
Remember in November 18 !
Since Trump entered the 16 presidential race too late for patriots to make sure that there were state sovereignty-respecting candidates on the primary ballots, patriots need make sure that such candidates are on the 18 primary ballots so that they can be elected to support Trump in draining the unconstitutionally big federal government swamp.
Such a Congress will also be able to finish draining the swamp with respect to getting the remaining state sovereignty-ignoring, activist justices off of the bench.
Noting that the primaries start in Iowa and New Hampshire in February 18, patriots need to challenge candidates for federal office in the following way.
Patriots need to qualify candidates by asking them why the Founding States made the Constitutions Section 8 of Article I; to limit (cripple) the federal governments powers.
Patriots also need to find candidates that are knowledgeable of the Supreme Court's clarifications of the federal governments limited powers listed below.
Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States. Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
State inspection laws, health laws, and laws for regulating the internal commerce of a State, and those which respect turnpike roads, ferries, &c. are not within the power granted to Congress [emphasis added]. Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]. United States v. Butler, 1936.
