Maybe it was the magic of the feelings I had during the early days of the space program. It seemed like men making miracles.

To this day, I have a link to the code the guidance computer used on Apollo 13. I guess I'm still just a kid when it comes to that stuff. It was nice to have heroes.

I’m sure Hollywood exaggerated the story, but considering your interest in the early space race era, you might think about seeing “Hidden Figures”. I found it an interesting story depicting an exciting time in the early days of NASA.
