This seems more than a little snarky to me. The socialist FDR was already desperately ill, and the agreement was negotiated (allegedly on behalf of the U.S.) by the Soviet spy, Alger Hiss.

TRUMP AND HIS ADVISERS CANNOT BE COMPARED WITH THIS, and it borders on insulting to our POTUS.
