Essentially, the Obama administration in its last week as a lame duck administration has decided to violate the Cuban Adjustment Act without receiving Congressional authorization and use this as an opportunity to send Cuban dissidents back to Cuba to face persecution, prosecution, and prison torture from the totalitarian Castro regime there.
Illegal aliens, regardless of where they come from, deserve the same treatment. Send them all home. Period. No exception.
