I don’t remember hearing anything about a challenge to Ford’s pardon of Nixon but then everyone was SICK AND TIRED OF THE WHOLE DAMN AFFAIR back then and I don’t know what coverage that got on the news. Plus there was no internet. I still hold to the fact that Nixon had been accused of a crime and Hillary hasn’t so there is nothing to pardon her for.

Where has she been formally accused?
I am not a lawyer, but I believe from all that I have read, that she does not have to be formally accused or charged. And the very fact that President Ford’s pardon of Nixon has been accepted as legal is really all that the precedent requires. The bottom line is this: if Obama pardons Hillary - that’s it. End game. You and I won’t like it, but that’s the way it is.
