See the link I posted at 43. I don’t see anything about a pardon without being charged. I’m not saying you are wrong but do you have a credible link that says it is law that a president can pardon someone that hasn’t been charged from anything they may have done?

Nixon was never charged. Ford pardoned him.

I’m not going to provide a link. Ford really did pardon Nixon. I’m astounded you would ask for a link as this should be elementary school level U.S. History.

I didn’t think Ford was correct by the way, I think it cost him the election in 1976.
