How do you generate taxes to pay for welfare? Would it take less ‘generation’ for this scheme than welfare? It’s just a question of the math. Money is being dispensed that hasn’t been earned in either scenario, which is the lesser burden to the taxpayer. And yes, the ideal is NO monies being utilized for either case but we know that situation is not going to occur....l
