I switched from Peroni to Yuengling. Good mid-line beer, goes well with food, reasonable price, not part of the InBev Miller-Coors collosus.

Yuengling Light is one of he only light beers which does not taste like a light beer. I really like it and I am not even a big beer guy.

In eastern Pennsylvania, when you amble up to the bar and ask for a “lager,” the bartender knows you just asked for a Yuengling.

That took me back to being stationed in Italy in the late '70s - drank Peroni all the time. Almost makes me wish I still imbibed.
