Anyone know what was at issue in the suit? Who had the better case?
From what I can recall, Kyle claimed in some book that he had met Ventura in a bar, and the two of them had words. Kyle then said that he (Kyle) beat Ventura up.
Ventura claimed that never happened, and that the story made him (Ventura) look bad.
