They have several stories floating, here’s what I gather:
What he really told his wife, what statement he gave the FBI, what the FBI claimed that he said, what he told the Anchorage police during his ride, what he told the doc at the psyc. hospital ward, what he told Ft. Ldle police, what he told the federal agents after his bloody massacre.
And correction, the baby was 6-9 week old newborn when he took it to the FBI.
I sense Santiago has been telling the same story to everybody, and all the agencies have creative interpretations that exonerate them in this ‘slip-thru-the-crack’.
It was his girlfriend, not his wife. I sure haven’t heard much about her.
