COVINGTON, La. Sour grapes, explained Bob Marino, 79, weighing in on the recent spycraft bombshell from the corner table of a local McDonalds.
Sour grapes, agreed Roger Noel, 65, sitting next to him.
Bunch of crybabies, Reed Guidry, 64, offered from across the table.
The subject of conversation was the report released by United States intelligence chiefs on Friday informing President-elect Donald J. Trump of their unanimous conclusion that President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia ordered an extensive, but covert, cyberoperation to help Mr. Trump win the election. The Russians had hacked and leaked emails, unleashed trolls on social media and used their state-run propaganda machine to spread stories harmful to Hillary Clinton.
In Washington, the report was viewed as extraordinary, both for its timing, raising sharp questions about the president-elects legitimacy on the verge of his taking office, and for its assertions, describing the operation as Russias boldest effort yet to meddle with American elections, to spread discontent and to undermine the U.S.-led democratic order.

Like the Dems didn't have trolls? Remember Podesta's letter to Soros before 2008 where he discussed manipulating public opinion via special interest groups and the media. The words, "Create echo chambers" stick in my mind.
Who among us hasn't stumbled on a web site comment section where there is an irrational, persistent, illogical, insulting leftist who will post silliness until he has the "last" word.
Remember during the campaign we were assured the emails were “baked in” — of no effect to Hillary.

So if the leftists believe the ‘hacking’ was of no effect, what difference does it make??
I haven’t seen any evidence of Russian participation. I also haven’t seen any explanation of how supporting candidate Trump would have been better for Russia than holding back these emails they are accused of hacking, and then blackmailing a president Hillary for the next 4 years.
Hussein Obama and his pack of Demonrat criminals must keep the real stories off the front page.
The Russian connection was their only option.
And it said "overcharge" in Russian, which was actually an insult to them - can't make this kind of crap up....
So what if the Russians trolled? Both sides have engaged in disinformation campaigns for years. It used to be via shortwave radio, now it’s the Internet. The DNC and Hillary had Correct The Record doing the same for them against Trump and Bernie. It *is* all sour grapes.
They just wanted to escape the Northeast winter. Unfortunately, the cold snap extended to the South.
This crappy editorializing is why few take you seriously, New York Times.
