At this point a conviction is not even a requirement. A serious investigation, and proper revelation of her felonious activities, and elocution at the sentencing phase of her plea agreement. Her place in history should be be annotated with an official delineation of her criminal activity to enrich herself while in the employ of the public.
As part of any plea agreement should be the surrender of the proceeds of any financial transactions into and out of the Clinton Crime Family Foundation and all personal assets of Hill, Bill, Chelsea and her husband.
Poverty is a better punishment for her than prison. Her whole life has been about greed and money. Take that, it means more to her than life itself.
