President Obama said he is "heartbroken" for the families of the victims in Friday's shooting at at Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport in Florida.

"I don't want to comment on it other than just to say how heartbroken we are for the families who've been affected," Obama said in an interview with ABC News that aired Friday night, when asked if the shooting was an act of terrorism.

Did ya'll hear Gov. Scott at his press conference tonite? He said something along the line that "he talked with President-Elect Trump and Vice-President-Elect Pence", and he did NOT reach out to obama and obama DID NOT reach out to him. IF the Murderer arrived from his Flight, went and rented a Car from Hertz and proceeded to run down and kill dozens of People walking into the Terminal, what would the story be?

It was terrible and people were injured and died, but the means the Criminal chose will be the only thing we will hear about for weeks. The Criminal is secondary to the story.
