Now that Obama is leaving office the homeless problem will be front page news again.
I plan to hike down to the Santa Ana River and watch the (huge) homeless camp float down to the Pacific. Not that shopping carts float very well.
No one has yet figured out why these clowns don’t push their carts to high ground when the river rises.
Went by there the other day. It looks like no one is down in the actual riverbed. All the tents seemed to be up near the fences at the top of the embankments.
