I have mixed-feelings about the “Hate Crime” charge. It’s a Crime, period. And they deserve to be harshly punished for it.

Oh I agree. Hate crime charges or a law against “hate” is unnecessary. BUT, if the laws are around now then this qualifies for it more than anything else. Eventually we need to get ride of this idea of ‘hate crime’.
