As for his politics, once he married into the Trump family and DJT announced he was running, they all pledged the support and allegiance to DJT. Jared worked hard to get DJT elected, why would he turn on him now with some lib-agenda. It would be out of character for him to embarrass the Trump family and on his own accord, he’s virtually unrecognizable. Kushner has not sought attention or credit although others have credited him as an integral player.

It looks like his dad, Charles was heavily entrenched in supporting NY NJ democrats and likely many Jared-donations through HS & college were automatic to the dems. He was born into a democratic NYC family, that is to be expected and he would have likely stayed in that ‘norm’ until being enlightened otherwise by DJT. I saw where the Kushners gave some $$ cash to Guiliani, but that’s about it for Republicans.

From an old Politico article:

“The situation with Charles Kushner significantly decreased the public profile of the Kushner family in politics,”

Unlike other NY real estate scions, Jared isn’t prominently involved in industry groups like the Real Estate Board of NY, according to well-connected lobbyists. “He’s never been involved in politics, doesn’t necessarily like politics and isn’t particularly politically attuned,” one consultant said.

Now, Jared is taking a more visible role in politics for the first time. His father also appears to be in the Trump camp: In August, Charles Kushner hosted a fundraiser for Trump in his New Jersey home and also gave $100,000 to a Super PAC supporting him, according to Politico.
