There are conservative law professors out there but not enough and they are probably afraid to speak up. Does the article name the professors or their schools?
Agreed. That being said, I have yet to see a law professor who could actually try a case. And most are terrible appellate advocates too. I guess they know too much.
The most unethical lawyers I ever encountered worked for DOJ. Bar none. And sanctimonious on top of it.
So this story will neatly fit the media's narrative, but it has just about as much credibility as Hollywood's opinion on the subject.
The last conservative at my law school retired in 1996 at age seventy. A huge public supporter of Justice Rehnquist and critic of the leftward swing of the profession. None like that there now.
