Actually, gluttony is not necessarily about eating too much. It is about putting created things before God.

In fact, it is only partly about food... my understanding is that Bible scholars believe that gluttony implies a much broader definition and includes anything that may be necessary for life but is done to an excess and to the point where it becomes the focus of one's life. Overeating is a good example because food is after all a good thing that is necessary for survival. Sleep and relaxation are necessary for daily rejuvenation and to relieve stress but laziness is relaxation taken to an extreme. Gluttony is often used to describe people of living with a ‘sense of entitlement’, having loose morals, and being unrestrained with what they do.

Not Gluttony but Sloth would be excessive laziness no?
