That slimy sneaky little shit Obama is on his way to jail eventually . The constitution he so despises will put him in prison eventually. Yeah this intercession appointment is legal but the ink won’t dry before Garland is out and also out of his previous job IMO.
It is the Dem solution of simplicity even evolving into suicides from multiple shots to the back the head.
Obama should leave with dignity... not with trashy scams aimed at undermining the next President. If Obama tried this it would fail anyhow...

On the lighter brighter side, no one would feel any guilt about hating him forever... just like most of us feel about the Clintons.
Worse yet for Mr. Obama, Judge Garland would lose his seat on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit — oftentimes dubbed the second-most powerful court in the country. That means the president would be trading a lifetime of Judge Garland for less than a year of Justice Garland.
Can anyone explain how the closure of the current congress and the opening of the incoming congress is done? Is it covered by the Constituion? Or is it set by the rules Congress sets for itself?
Same lines, how does the transition between presidents works?

Obama’s records, such as school, birth and medical records that were private before he became president remained private while he is president and will remain private after he is president.
There is no EO that could seal those private records and there is no EO that could unseal those private records.
Obama’s school, birth and medical records are private, just as your school, birth and medical records are private.
You cannot seal, nor can you unseal private records.
They are private and are always sealed, just as your private records are sealed.
