As a card carrying "Gator Dad" I hope we never have to play Alabama again! It's just too demoralizing.You "Tideans" are a lucky bunch.

On to greater times in 2017
Well, the Crimson Tide is one of the few things Alabama can be proud of before the whole nation.
Florida has so much more. Beaches, FISHING, Disney, oranges, alligators (actually, we have those, too), rockets launching, the Everglades, 80 degree weather all winter, the Keys...
Alabama has... Not so much. Still a beautiful state, and I love my peaceful rural home. And conservatism. Rated most conservative state in the country.
But not nearly as glamorous as Florida. So the Good Lord gave us the Tide.
And Mississippi to look down on.
