“f they push the issue, the other 49 states can just cut off the following:

Electricity,
Water,
Oil,
Gasoline,
Natural gas,
Coal,
and a whole other slew of goods and services.”

Hate to break it to you but we supply ourselves. We don’t need coal, but we have enough of the rest. What you need to worry about is what you are going to eat, because we do supply the country with a majority of it food. It’s sad that you are hopelessly delusional.

Look, we can go roundy round over this until hell freezes over, but that isn’t going to solve anything.

Now that I think about it, and stop falling for that stupid leftist provocation BS trap, you obviously care greatly for your home state, and are willing to fight for it.

I respect that.

A huge problem is that the california state government and their mexican backers want that state for their own.

Rhe big question is what to do about it?

It is true you have enough. The problem is you don't produce enough. California's natural gas production has dropped from 600 billion cubic feet in 1985 (much more than that in the 1960's) to 231 billion cubic feet in 2015. Meanwhile usage is around 2300 billion cubic feet. From EIA: "California accounts for less than 1% of total U.S. natural gas production and that output equals about one-tenth of state demand." https://www.eia.gov/state/analysis.cfm?sid=CA

“The big question is what to do about it?”

Perfect! And the bigger question is how to stop it from spreading as it is right now to other states (understanding that the genesis of all of this originated in the Northeast with the “liberal migration” westward thirty years ago or so). The real issue, beyond illegal immigration is the RATs running virtually all of this nation’s major cities. Because with their voting power, enhanced by the refusal to filter out non-citizens from our censuses ( which provides further power through the vehicle of more legislative districts), the RAT-run big cities have the ultimate power to take over this country, and they don’t believe in our Constitutional Principles. Here in California, it we were able to diminish the political power of Los Angeles, we could return to normalcy, as San Francisco doesn’t have enough people to counter the remaining population. And for all it’s blather about how “good” it is, Texas is on the brink of becoming California very quickly. They have the equivalent of Los Angeles in Houston,Dallas-FW, San Antonio and Austin. Plus if you look at the political makeup of the two tiers of counties there extending upward from the Rio Grande, where the Mexicans are already running the show, Texas is on the precipice of a double whammy.
We need to take measures to limit the amount of political clout these places have, or our country, with or without Donald Trump, will sooner or later disappear as we know it.

“”Maybe the next AG should investigate the LA Times for endless fake news.””

Think how dangerous these guys and that includes the NY Times, Washington Post and other rags, would be if they were running government agencies. Lord have mercy!

Any idea who will be the next CA AG? Don’t live there anymore but still curious what hack it will be this time!

If California was force-weaned from its gasoline habit, think how much it could shrink its carbon footprint! Win win.

And why would we want to do that. The automobile is the best transportation system yet devised. You can drive to LA from SF in about 6 hours, or you can take Amtrak and it will take 12 (I know, I’ve done it). And that gets you to Union Station in Downtown LA, which is nowhere.

My comment was meant to be dripping in irony. The decision makers in CA are immune to the consequences of their decisions.
