Trump will appear to let this pass, for at least the next 21 days. Look to the people who have crossed him. They won’t know what hit them until they are given an opportunity to lick their wounds. The difference to vengeance is this will be comeuppance. Big difference in that one gets even while being hellbent on an outcome, the other can destroy without being singularly direct or myopic. Think death by a trillion butterfly bites.
