I do not doubt it whatsoever. He wants a deadly war of any type, here or abroad. He wants total, continuing rule, martial law would be just dandy. I say he's a narcissistic megalomaniac, a truly dangerous man (sprung out of a messed up kid) running out of time.
Obama is commander of the military and still President. He controls the initiative. He can simply order an air strike on a Russian base in Syria. And its on like donkey kong.
