Weak, spineless RINOs that were not so much cowed by the puppet as by owner of the hand inside him. (That hand was also inside most of them as well.)

Sad it is. Our congress the ONLY ones who feared him. Congress and US citizens. Shaking and fearful, while others around the world were only afraid they would die laughing at him.
