Floridas Department of Health still has six months to update current dispensing rules to satisfy the new laws along with another nine months the department has to implement the new regulations.That's government for you. At least relief is on the horizon.

Just put THC in a pill and dispense them if it is actually needed, that’s the active ingredient. Otherwise, it’s just a way to start down the road to legalizing pot.

If one needs a prescription for marijuana, then the simple, easy solution is that only pharmacies will sell it.
Anything else is just making it easier for potheads to get high.
