Ah, but Bibi will not say a word against his good friend Vladimir --- in fact, Bib even abstains from votes in the general assembly at the request of Putin.

After listening to Bibi and his administration these many years, it's becoming clear that they're happier with the Russians. Maybe the best thing we can do is let them know it's okay if the want to move under Russia's umbrella---and send them off with a handshake and a smile. No hard feelings.

They were fine with the resolution, but they did not want Kerry to go too far with his speech. The Russians do not want to find themselves boxed into a corner when they have to negotiate with Trump.
