I hope you enjoy being the subject of a probe by AG-designate Jeff Sessions, and whatever grand jury probes and subpoenas he sees fit to use in seeking recovery of all those emails you deleted and Bleachbitted in an effort to eradicate any evidence of their contents.
You can now plan out your 2017 calendar with time left for grand jury testimony thanks to a ruling from DC Court of Appeals Judge Stephen Williams. His ruling reversed a lower court decision that halted FOIA lawsuits by Judicial Watch and Cause of Action that had sought Justice Department probes into the possible existence of records of the deleted emails. Obama wants control of the Democrat party & the Clintons have cast a long shadow where that is concerned. Since he no longer has to worry about his own re-election or Hilly’s campaign, the “true” Obama is front and center (the Omuslim, antisemitic one, for starters). I can see the reasoning for the pardon, but at the same time, I can see him letting Hilly swing in the wind ... it gets the Clintons preoccupied with trying to stay out of jail and thus out of power. A lot of Dems & Dem donors are not happy with the Clintons either. Omuslim wants to be top dog - has to be, NEEDS to be, to fuel his narcissistic personality. It’s been said there is no love lost between the Obamas & the Clintons & the Clintons just might get the “Israel treatment” from Obama.

As their protective sewage swirls down the drain, they will be fighting each other to be the first to cut deals. The losers will be busy finishing up their insurance policy tell-alls from their anonymous hideouts. The blame-shifting is going to be responsible for sustained high winds in DC.
These aren’t heroes. All the globalist trillions won’t buy everyone of them. Some are gonna snitch. They will do so from protected positions, but they must know that even accepting bribes won’t guarantee safety from rabid cornered weasels.
I agree. Think of it more as death by a thousand paper cuts. This is just going to be salt in the wound. And they know that. Which, while not justice, will be a bitch for the bitch. Or hounding the hound. Anything that hurts the quality of that traitor’s life is a plus in my book.

A pardon only precludes conviction, not investigation.
We still need to know what happened, damaged caused, and how to prevent recurrence.
And if that leads third parties to ensure justice is done, fine.

Check with the NSA. They have all the emails, deleted or not.
In addition, a pardon would remove her 5th amendment protection against self incrimination and would open her up to the requirement to testify fully. Her full testimony could possibly jeopardize others(Obama)but would only adversely affect her if she lied. Obama has no incentive to pardon her.
Precisely. She could not claim a Fifth Amendment Privilege against self-incrimination if she had bee preemptively pardoned by Obama, if she was facing no penalties.
