I never said he was. What I said was Nixon was formally accused by congress of Obstruction of Justice. That’s a crime. Ford pardoned Nixon for it.

The only way Congress can formally accuse a President is by impeachment.
FYI, impeachment is the INDICTMENT, not the conviction.

What I said was Nixon was formally accused by congress of Obstruction of Justice. I don't think he was charged but certainly was threatened by James Baker.
