An Arizona Democratic lawmaker was indicted for illegally getting food stamps and falsifying her application to the program in June.
State Rep. Cecilia Velasquez voted against SNAP anti fraud measures that might have caught her doing whatever she was doing.
She was put on probation.
She didn't resign.(never saw that coming)
She chose not to run for re-election.
