That’s in the Koran: kill the Jews first, then the Christians. If you worship the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, then you’re a target of the Mohammedans. Bottom line.

A few states have CCW without the formality. Some are getting it soon. Kansas got it a couple of years ago or so.
