Whenever I hear that we should withdraw from the UN, I recall to mind - for whatever it’s worth - the old saying by Vito Corleone via Machiavelli and Sun Tsu: “Keep your friends close, but your enemies closer.”

Don’t know why....

You keep them closer by not working a deal with the Klan. You keep them closer by working deals with just each of them. Anytime you work a deal with a group they will do the typical circular finger pointing at everyone else, and you, when they get out of bounds.

I say get the h out and get it the h out of our country. If any of them have the desire to engage in any sort of diplomatic “deal” with our country, let them do it on their own merits and not on the power of an unaccountable cabal.

As Greenberg correctly noted, this not only was directed as a shot at Israel and Trump, it had to be known it totally erased any hope of a peaceful settlement (no pun intended). Just another fire to put out by the juvenile leaving our house.

Which brings up another point where the progressives are lacking. Understanding that a nation can be led by one man and his ideas, but he needs not be the one relied upon to take care of the business which has been the case since Barry walked into our house. Each of these, what would be dibilitating distractions for a leftist and demagogue, are just another issue to be quickly taken care of and dispensed by a capable manager and leader. Trump will have all who support him and his group of managers (Cabinet) to help pull the wagon instead of piling onto it expecting one horse to do it all.
