I was listening to D’Souza debate a race pump on CNN who was responded to Dinesh state that slavery is not a white invention and not alone in its practice. The response was that black slavery was particularly heinous and particularly racist. But when is slavery not heinous and brutal? And usually slavery is forced on a different tribe or a different race.
Agreed, and now they have most college students convinced that slavery was created by the US and didn’t really exist anywhere else. In reality, slavery was a normal part of life in almost every country on earth, not everyone participated in it but it was there... like prostitution or drugs, it was there and supported by some people but not all people. It had more than one form as well, indentured servants were slaves by contract. And it wasn’t isolated to black people, many other have-nots were subjected to it.
