I agree, the headline is (deliberately?) misleading a company strength unit of the Israeli army fought of a terrorist attack the commanding officer was this lady.
FWIW: They are a border guard unit, not front line combat troops. She was badly wounded during the engagement.
Actually, even though she was wounded, she did fight them off single handedly until help arrived.
