Bourdain is an effete arsehole who rarely, if ever eats any kind of insect dish.

Bourdain has a show in which he travels the world - including the 3rd world - eating indigenous foods of the region - some of it fairly weird. The insect stuff, I don’t know but it’s a common ingredient in the surprise boxes on the tv show “Chopped”. The chefs rarely seem disturbed by its inclusion.
