It seems they keep a job from 6 months to a year and book. Not like the old days when my grandpa worked for a company for 30 years.

Companies these days show very little loyalty to employees either and generally provide little in the form of longer-term incentives. It's not 1970 anymore where you can work 25-30 years and get a pension.

Certainly some criticisms are justified - this is hardly one of them.

I hear ya. I just marvel how hard my grandpa worked at the same company for so long and had such a work ethic. Guess i’m living in the past.
